GET THE SCHOOL DAY SOCKS:
The socks were inspired by memories of back to school period. Beginning of autumn, the refreshing feeling of first classes after holidays - fresh start, new books, new friendships to be made. They feature textural ribbing pattern and a patterned heel that adds to the geometric feeling. The socks are worked toe up, with a fleegle-type heel (no picking up stitches!) and folded cuff at the top.
Easy to follow and memorize stripe stitch pattern means a relaxing knit that you can pick up and put down these socks whenever you can find a bit of time for knitting. With just 2-round repeat it’s hard to get lost! Due to the heel construction, where you don’t need to pick up stitches, the making process is smooth.
