Fresh Start Headband Knitting Pattern
Keep your ears warm and toasty with Fresh Start Headband, a simple double layer knit earwarmer.
While hats can keep your whole head warm in winter, I simply don’t like wearing a hat when I have my hair tied up in a ponytail or a bun - that’s why my winter wardrobe is full of headbands! On another plus side, they’re quick and easy to knit up and make a cute accessory or a thoughtful gift to a close friend or family!

GET THE FRESH START HEADBAND:
A squishy and warm headband to keep your ears safe from cold in the fall & winter, featuring a textural stripes all over pattern - the same as in my Fresh Start Shawlette, with which they make a lovely accessory set. The headband is a quick and relaxing knit due to simple pattern repeat using only knits and purls, which makes it a great project when you rewatch your favorite series!
Fresh Start Headband is worked in the round - you can use either long circular needles with magic loop technique, or DPNs or short circulars to knit it. After bind off, the edges are seamed together to create the twist detail (photo tutorial is included!).
