Flâneur Top Knitting Pattern

I'm super happy to share my latest collaboration with Sewrella Yarn - this time for their Spring Lookbook! This top, named Flâneur Top, is truly the essence of my favorite top piece to wear when it's warm! 'Tank'-top, wide straps, covering bra straps (I do hate when they peek out!), a bit of positive ease to make it light, airy and comfortable to wear. All over stockinette and classic look, topped with just a bit of twist - cute ruffle detail as 'sleeves'!

The Flâneur uses fingering weight yarn - and for my sample I used a seasonal base from Sewrella Yarn - Bamboo Sock. It's a blend of merino and bamboo, which is super soft and has a lovely drape!

It's an intermediate difficulty pattern - the top is worked seamlessly from the top down, first flat, then in the round, with an i-cord neckline finishing, garter short row ruffle sleeves and garter hem.

You'll need to know such techniques as: cast on & off, knit & purl, picking up stitches, short rows, increases and i-cord.
