Spring Bloom Socks Knitting Pattern

Bring a touch of spring to your outfit with Spring Bloom Socks, light knit socks with a lace cuff.

I’ve felt longing for spring for quite some time of the winter season, so I decided to bring a notion of spring in my new sock design, Spring Bloom Socks! With lace detail on the cuff, resembling a field of flowers, and delicate striping going all the way to the tip of the toes, they make an intriguing pair!

Spring Bloom Socks are requiring a bit more attention at the start to knit the lace on the cuff, then a simple stripe pattern until the toes of the socks. Take a cup of your favorite tea and knit away, appreciating the beautiful and original texture you create with your own hands. If you’re an experienced sock knitter, you may enjoy the gusset construction, where the decreases are placed on the sole, creating a droplet shape.

Socks you can wear every day! Because of their very decorative cuff these will lovely fit with shorter or folded up trousers. I recommend to use solid color yarn or make them even more intriguing by using lightly speckled wool!
