Perfect socks when you’re in need for a little cheer-me-up! A sea of bobbles and cute ruffle around the ankle are sure to bring a smile on your face on a rainy day! Because of the ruffle, these will work best as ankle socks or when styled with 7/8 or 3/4 trousers.

A pattern for when you need something more engaging than stockinette, but still requiring not much attention - the bobble pattern is repetitive and easy to memorize. A heel flap with alternately slipped stitches and ruffle make a fun twist on standard sock techniques.

They are worked from cuff to toe, with a heel flap and gusset construction. Small bobble pattern is worked around ankle and on the instep of the sock. Garter stitch ruffle is picked up and worked around the leg as the last step.
