Bronte Socks Knitting Pattern

Complete your classic autumn look with Bronte Socks, faux cable knit socks, designed in collaboration with Sewrella Yarn.

Nothing says ‘knit’ to me more than cables! It’s a timeless, classic element, though usually cables are a bit fiddly to knit - unlike these faux cables that don’t require messing with a cable needle. Get the classic cable look, minus the cable hassle - that’s a win-win in my (knitting) book!

When Sewrella Yarn announced their new addition - Seasonal Lookbook pattern library, I knew I’d love to be a part of it! Everything that Ashleigh and yarn fairies at Sewrella make is soaked with cozy and warm atmosphere that I simply love. So, I’m super excited to be a part of the first Autumn Lookbook with Bronte Socks knitting pattern. Bronte Socks are made using fingering weight yarn, Nylon Sock. My sample pictured is knit in their winter tonal colorway Breckenridge - a beautiful, warm, pearly grey. While seasonal tonals are only available in their particular season, each season’s tonals from Sewrella Yarn are pure beauties.

Bronte Socks are worked from cuff down, with easy to memorize faux cable stitch pattern. There’s no need for a cable needle, because the cables are shaped with yarnovers and specifically placed decreases. These socks are a joy to knit and wear, with an extra cozy feel of the cables!
